I wouldn't suggest going to this shop if you are a new customer or need mechanical work done. I needed a fuel pump replacement for my car and was charged $114 for a "diagnostic check" and quoted $1064 for the total repair. The dealership doesn't even charge that much which I reminded their arrogant cornball son who tried to rip me off for a simple repair. I took my business else where and got a fair deal. They don't put the word Tire first there for nothing.

This place has 5 stars for a reason. Needed a place to fix the brakes on my boat trailer & repack bearings. Not only did they walk me through entire process... But also worked directly with the trailer manufacturer to get an oem master cylinder. Trailer brakes now work better than ever. Very personal, friendly, honest and affordable! Will definitely be using them for any future service. Thanks Kevin and Scott!

I have been coming to this place for over 20 years. I always tell people when I recommend this place that they are honest and they actually show you what is wrong with your vehicle. So you know you're not being taken advantage of.

I would not go anywhere else for car service and repair. I can always feel confident that my car is in good hands and that service will be done professionally. Great prices and great customer service.

I went here after trying the place down the street. I won't mention it by name but its close to burningrock. At that other place, I was greeted by a very unprofessional technician who installed a valve stem incorrectly twice. This caused my tire to go flat and for me to have to leave work early to get the problem resolved. Here though, I walked right in without an appointment near closing time. I didn't feel like I was bothering them. It felt more like I was visiting an old friend. They asked me how they could help me and I told them about the issues I was having with that other place. 10 minutes later I was out the door with a properly installed tire and the confidence that it was done right. This was my first trip here, but from now on, I'm recommending them to everyone.

I've dealt with this business a good number of times. They saved me hundreds of dollars from an estimate for my daughters car that I'd gotten elsewhere. All work has been done well as I've not had to return for any work to be redone. I'm well satisfied.

Excellent customer service. They always provide timely and reliable service. Prices are reasonable and they look out for the best interest of the customer. They are very helpful and always help me out even on short notice. Great work.

They are always so kind to answer any question. Very accommodating when scheduling an appointment and the price for their work is very reasonable. I have been here twice, both times left with a pleasant experience.
