Referred by Kevin Nabors, I called to inquire about a repair to my windshield wiper assembly/linkage (I think that’s the right terminology). Brian answered the phone and listened to my issue then asked me to email my issue after he texted his email address. I informed Brian that I had some work commitments that day until 3pm and could not come to the shop right away. He told me to send the email and they would work it out. I sent the email and he immediately replied with a quote. We connected a few times during the day to ensure I could arrive at the shop before closing because I needed the repair that day since we expected rain the next day and an inoperable wiper blade on the driver side was scary. Well I arrived at the shop around 4pm, Brian was quite professional and personable. They completed the repair in about 30-40 minutes. Then, I was on my way back to Chicago with working wiper blades. Brian was my hero that day!
