I wouldn't suggest going to this shop if you are a new customer or need mechanical work done. I needed a fuel pump replacement for my car and was charged $114 for a "diagnostic check" and quoted $1064 for the total repair. The dealership doesn't even charge that much which I reminded their arrogant cornball son who tried to rip me off for a simple repair. I took my business else where and got a fair deal. They don't put the word Tire first there for nothing.
We are sorry that you feel this way. Everything including the Diagnostic Charge was explained before the vehicle was towed here so that you were aware of it. We have to invest time to figure out why your vehicle had to be towed here and that is why there is a diagnostic charge.
